I am a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate in Texas, working under the supervision of Jennifer Blazek, M.Ed., LPC-S. I hold a Master’s in Counseling and Development from Lamar University. With over 15 years of experience as a public school educator and a Texas Licensed School Counselor, I bring a wealth of knowledge to my counseling practice.

My approach emphasizes empathy, collaboration, and creating a supportive environment where clients feel heard and understood. I specialize in providing a range of counseling services for children, teens, and adults. I work with individuals facing anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, OCD, phobias, life stressors, and trauma.

I utilize evidence-based modalities such as Play Therapy, family therapy, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT), Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT), mindfulness, and Exposure Response Prevention (ERP). These techniques aid in facilitating successful outcomes for my clients.
